Automatic Pillow Filling Machine combination of Fibre opening and filling lines is used to open polyester fibre directly fill into the pillow cushion toy and etc.
Yuyao new design type SX-710A-KSC manufactured via our clients praxis needed condition opening and filling equipment based on automatic, performance, high capacity, compact, reliability, over loading protection, metal alarm system and photoelectric ration system. This results in high efficiency and labor reducing. So the cost will be very low.
The whole set can be handled by only 2 operators with reasonable automatic system assemblage that each filler is adjusted by one operator.
By self-jamming carding cloth the raw material can be opened for more than 98% and not be damaged. It is the best way to produce the fibers until now in China with long life using.
